We’re located in the beautiful city of Kelowna, British Columbia. We’re convinced it’s the greatest place on earth and to prove it, we’re offering the right person the chance to experience it with us: we’ll pay for the relocation fees or this can be a fully remote position with some travel to our office. 


    We are looking for an individual with management or senior accounting experience with a CPA designation. We know this is a big ask so please WOW us with your incredible skills. This position also can be remote or we are happy to relocate you to the beautiful Okanagan Valley in British Columbia. 


  • Assess and implement controls and best practices to support multiple business units that are scaling in Machine Learning and AI
  • Refine month-end close procedures to support best in-class processes
  • Support capital raise processes 
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual forecasting
  • Spearhead applications for various provincial and federal financial incentives  (e.g. SR & ED) 
  • AP/AR Management 
  • Investor forecasting
  • Creation of documents for internal controls
  • Prepare GST/PST tax regulatory filling remittances with CRA
  • Facilitate Financial Statements

Must haves

  • CPA
  • Canadian Citizen / Permanent Resident for at least 10 years with no longer than 6 months out of the country
  • Security clearance check (Criminal Record and Credit Check)

"Okanagan Relocation Top Up" - We aren't blind to the fact that we're asking you to relocate, on top of the fact that while the world has removed to remote, we do require you to come into the office periodically (don't worry we have never been in the office full-time, even pre-Covid). Of course that comes with a relocation package, but we also want you to be able to enjoy the perks that the Okanagan has to offer (extensive wineries, world-renown ski hills, and sandy beaches anyone?) without breaking the bank.  This is why we offer a 10% top up once you are relocated.
